A 30 minute class that uses scaled down equipment to build the child's social skills, coordination, strength and flexibility.

Preschool Gymnastics

A 45 minute class that uses 4 gymnastic events (vault, bars beam and floor) to enhance the child's social skills, coordination, strength and flexibility.

Tumblebugs I & II

A 45 minute class that uses four gymnastic events (vault, bars beam and floor) to enhance the child's social skills, coordination, strength and flexibility.

Rollers: Beginner

A 45 minute class that uses 4 gymnastic events (vault, bars beam and floor) to teach basic foundation skills in each event as well as strength and flexibility.

Swingers

A 45 minute class that uses 4 gymnastic events (vault, bars beam and floor) to enforce basic skills. Children will continue to learn at an intermediate level when it comes to strength and flexibility. New students must be evaluated to enter this level.

Developmental Pre-Team/Team

The YMCA gymnastics team program is designed for the dedicated, goal orientated gymnasts. This class is for students wanting to participate in competitive gymnastics. We offer developmental pre-team and team classes. Developmental team is required to practice two times a week and team is required to practice three times a week. Our goal is to instill core values to develop great gymnasts in a competitive team atmosphere.
